May 18, 2019 in the First President Historical and Cultural Center held a concert program dedicated to the Year of youth and the International day of the museums.
The program was attended by college students in Temirtau and students studying in KarGIU under the program Serpin, creative communities of the Palace of culture, the students of Gaziza Zhubanova Arts school, young poets.
The main aim of the event is to develop leadership skills, support and create conditions for the development of talented youth.
Participants of the concert program performed patriotic songs about youth, Homeland, Independence.
