December, 25 in the First President Historical and Cultural Center there was the opening of an international design student exhibition What Does the Motherland Begin? The opening ceremony was attended by Honorary architect of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulnara Utesheva (Astana), Member of the Union of artists of Kazakhstan Zhanat Komutov, Associate Professor of the Central Kazakhstan Academy Larisa Lagoda (Karaganda), and others, as well as representatives of creative youth of Karaganda and Astana. The event was attended by teachers and students of the children’s School of Arts named Zhubanova in Temirtau.
During the ceremony were presented the artworks of the participants, disclosed the exhibition concept. What is patriotism? The love to family and country where we were born. The love to nature of native land, family traditions and peoples with whom you live next door.

International design student exhibition What Does the Motherland Begin? embodies the creative attitude of young people to the native land, its history, culture and traditions. There are the works of the students of the Central Academy of Kazakhstan (Karaganda); A multidisciplinary humanitarian and technical college (Karaganda); Eurasian National University named L. Gumilev (Astana); Samara State University of civil engineering (Samara, Russia). The exhibition features paintings, drawings, decorative arts, architectural layouts and collages.
International design student exhibition What Does the Motherland Begin? runs until the end of January 2019.
