The soul what raised in steppe expanse Dedicated to Day of Remembrance for Victims of Political Repressions
28th May in Historical and Cultural Center of First President took place virtual exhibition “The soul what raised in steppe expanse” dedicated to Day of Remembrance for Victims of Political Repressions. The exhibition was held in the Zoom-conference format. In this event took participation employees of museums and libraries of Karaganda region, employees of State Archive of Pavlodar, KarLag/Museum of Political Repressions Victims, members of town literature association “Magnit” et cetera.
The exhibition was organized with support historic home museum of Pavel Vasilyev (Pavlodar).
During the event was demonstrated short movie about poet Pavel Vasilyev. The poet perished in Political Repression time. Employees of home museum of poet Pavel Vasilyev recited his poetry. For audience also were presented documents from personal archive of poet’s wife Helen Vyalova-Vasilyeva. Finally, in end of event sounded premiere of new poem of member of town literature association “Magnit” Olga Vorotynskaya. The poetess wrote this poem by the day before event, 27.05.2021. That’s way participants of event became first listeners of poetic creation, which its author declaimed in real time.
