December 13, 2019 in the First President Historic and Cultural Center was helda festive event “Tauelsizdik – el tilegi” dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main purpose of the event is to educate the patriots of the homeland on the example of the life and work of three luminaries of Kazakh literature – Saken Seyfullin, Beimbet Myilin, Ilias Jansugurov.
A short film about the lives of three Kazakh writers was shown to the audience in the Blue Hall of the Center. The kazakh language and literature teacher of the Kazakh secondary school No.5 named Gabyden Mustafin J. Sagiyeva gave a presentation. The students of the school read excerpts from the poems: Baghdat Balausa – from the work of I. Jansugurov, Serikzhan Akmaral – from the poem “Kokshetau” by S. Seyfullin, Hapurakyzy Akbota – from the poem by B. Malin.
K. Mambetov, the Center researcher, presented new textbooks published under the Elbasy program “Looking to the Future: Modernization of Public Consciousness” – “New Humanitarian Education. 100 new books in Kazakh”. This is one of the achievements of our independence.
At the end of the event, the head of the First President Historic and Cultural Center S. Sargizova congratulated the audience on the national holiday and handed letter of thanks to the active participants. The teachers, students and the soldiers of the military unit 5516 performed the song “Atameken.”
