On May 21, the Karaganda Region Teachers’ Forum was held online as part of the project Тyganolkesirlary. The forum is organized for teachers of history and geography of the region schools at 4 sites in Kazakh and Russian languages.
Teachers of geography and history of Temirtau schools also took part in the regional forum. Nurgul Iglikova, the methodologist teacher of the Temirtau Education Department gave a brief speech Organization Local History Work in Education Organizations. The head of the Research and Exhibition Department of the First President Historical and Cultural Center U. Esmurzaeva spoke about the events held at the Center on the theme: The First President Historical and Cultural Center Is a Place of Patriotism Education Among the Younger Generation. It detailed the Center’s work in close contact with the Temirtau department of education activities the patriotism, introduce history and sacred places of its land. Moderator Tuleubayeva G.A., the methodologist teacher of the Educational and Methodical Center for Educational Development of the Karaganda Region wished success in the good initiatives of the First President Historical and Cultural Center in the education of the younger generation and expressed confidence that in the future the work will be intensified in close cooperation with the educational institutions of Temirtau and Karaganda region. The forum shared their experience the history and geography teachers of the Temirtau schools: Gymnasium named after A. Bokeihan, 4th, 9th schools and school named after G. Mustafin. Teachers of the region showed a special interest in the work of the tourist club of the Gymnasium named after A. Bokeihan, as well as to local history integrated classes of 9th school teachers. G.A. Tuleubayeva, the methodologist teacher at the Educational and Methodical Center for Educational Development in the Karaganda region, thanked the Temirtau Education Department for the high organization of teachers’ work. It is worth noting that on April 23, the education department of Temirtau held the Forum of Teachers of the town on local history. They shared their experiences with the teachers of the area.
