On June 23, 2016 in the First President Historical and Cultural Center in the frame of the traditional Nazarbaev’s readings held a seminar “The Rule of Law is the Basis of Building a State.”

Objective: to promote the Plan of nation “100 Concrete Steps to Implement the 5 Institutional Reforms”, and objectives set out in the President article “The Nation Plan to Kazahstan Dream” for law enforcement of the country.

The event was attended by representatives of the Akimat of Temirtau, prosecutors, internal affairs, Municipal Court, Department of Justice, heads of public organizations, members of the Public Council, participants of theTraining Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.

During the event, to the participants was submitted the video “The Nation Plan “100 Concrete Steps to Implement the 5 Institutional Reforms”. Then, the inspector of the Department of the Interior report Zh. Rakhmatulina made the report on the theme “The Role of the Internal Affairs Authorities for the Protection of the Interests of thePeople and Strengthen the Rule of Law”. The report “The Independent Justice – the Guarantor of the Rights andFreedoms of Citizens” made a judge of the Municipal Court E. Dusaliev. Then the representatives of law enforcement agencies exchanged views. In conclusion, representatives of the Office of Internal Affairs andMunicipal Court, which had made a valuable contribution to the promotion of the Nation Plan of the President, were handed the grateful letters of the First President Historical and Cultural Center.
